We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Details

  • The company is building a web platform that has the potential to disrupt how Nigerians pay for rent.
  • We need a Сsuper-hero' Real Estate telemarketer who can improve our organisation's market position and achieve financial growth.
  • If you have prior experience working in the real estate industry and you think youТre up to the challenge of working in a fast growing startup then WE WANT YOU!

We Need You To

  • Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives.
  • Research, outreach and partner with estate agents, property managers and landlord to provide Kwaba as a service.
  • Strengthen customer relationships while attracting new ones.
  • Develop business and marketing plans in coordination with the CEO to achieve revenue goals.
  • Set up and oversee our business development team .
  • Manage the entire Kwaba sales cycle from start to finish
  • Hitting agreed sales KPIs
  • Generate and develop a pipeline of new / existing sales leads
  • Develop strategies to upsell and cross sell additional Kwaba products & services
  • Maintaining up to date records of client interactions via our CRM
