Job Title: Team Lead - General Litigation

Job Description
A law firm is seeking to employ a Team Lead for its Litigation Department with a minimum of 6 - 10 years’ post-call experience. The person must have strong litigation skills and must be willing and able to take on oversight functions.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Legal practitioner with a Minimum of 6 - 10 years’ post-call experience
  • LLM is an advantage
  • ICSAN and other Professional certification is an added advantage

Requirements:

  • Experienced civil litigator
  • Strong corporate/commercial law skills
  • Sound understanding of contract drafting, compliance, franchising, mergers and acquisitions and CAC services
  • Well versed in property law in Lagos State and other key states in Nigeria
  • Conversant with criminal litigation
  • Skilled in arbitration
  • Good leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and with teams
  • Extremely detail oriented
  • Ability to take on oversight functions
  • Methodical

Salary
N75,000 - N150,000 monthly.
