Job Title: Supermarket Manager

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • A supermarket manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a store, making sure it runs smoothly and effectively.
  • Their duties include motivating sales teams, creating business strategies, developing promotional material, and training new staff. Also known as a store supervisor.

Requirements

  • B.Sc in Business Administration or Marketing or relevant field preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years experience working in a retail environment, ideally in a managerial role.
  • Strong leadership and customer management abilities.
  • Customer service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary
N150,000 Monthly.
