We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Store Supervisor

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Summary of Responsibilities

  • Implementation and monitoring of cost effective stock management and inventory control within the overall framework of the company.

Main Functions

  • Responsible for the effective supervision of all activities in the store
  • Responsible for raising GTN for both items supplied to central store and outlets
  • Responsible for inputting all outgoing items on the system before issuing to end-users
  • Compilation of requisition from end-user department
  • Compilation of items needed in the store and send to purchasing department
  • Follow up with purchasing department for items yet to be supplied
  • Responsible for ensuring all items in the central store are properly documented
  • Ensure all items in the store are properly stored and arranged
  • Responsible for receiving items alongside other members of the receiving team
  • Any other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Person Profile / Experience Required

  • Must have a B.Sc / HND
  • Must have a minimum of 3 years cognate experience in-store management
  • Must be able to lead multiple initiatives through completion
  • Must be able to multi-task and simultaneously handle important tasks
  • Strong numeric and analytical skills
  • Must good knowledge of computer
  • Good Interpersonal skills.
