Job Title: Store Manager

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • Meeting sales goals
  • Ensure orders are delivered when due
  • Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
  • Store upkeep and management
  • social media management (instagram /Facebook)
  • Ensuring high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service.

Education / Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree, HND, OND
  • Must have sales experience. Minimum of 1/2 years
  • Some knowledge of Fashion and fabrics

Skills:

  • Problem-solving attitude
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively
  • Forward upselling and cross-selling opportunities to the sales team
  • Promote high-quality sales, supply and customer service processes
  • Aim to preserve customers and renew contracts
  • Approach potential customers to establish relationships
  • Gain solid knowledge of competitors

Other Requirements:

  • Commute must be within Oniru axis and Ajah

Remuneration

  • N35,000 per month (Increase is subject to performance).
