  • Develop customized software on demand
  • Maintenance of server and all software (upgrade, bills payment etc) regularly to address customer and company concerns
  • Maintenance and update of development of already existing app
  • Actively seek ways to improve business software processes and interactions
  • Aid and support the coaching and training of other team members to ensure all employees are confident in the use of software applications
  • Development of new apps for all subsidiaries as the need arises
  • Collaborate with team members to determine best practices and client requirements for software
  • Create innovative, scalable, fault-tolerant software solutions for our clients and customer base
  • Develop intuitive software that meets and exceeds the needs of each subsidiary and company
  • Ensure software security by developing programs to actively monitor the sharing of private information
  • Troubleshoot coding problems quickly and efficiently to ensure a productive workplace
  • Work closely with project managers, UX designers, other developers, systems analysts, graphic artists, and sales and marketing professionals
