We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Social Media / Sales Intern (Female Only)

Location: Lagos (Lekki)

Details

  • Erocraves just opened a new outlet in Lekki and is urgently looking for a highly creative, enthusiastic and a data-driven, social media/sales intern who will contribute to increasing the company sales. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone, WhatsApp and other social media platforms.

The intern will learn how to and assist with the following digital media  activities:

  • Planning digital marketing campaigns.
  • Must be proficient with Instagram, Facebook and twitter
  • Customer Service (responding to customer inquiries).
  • Manage incoming calls.
  • Planning and implementing social media strategies.
  • Generate sales leads and keep records of leads and sales.
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
  • Help customers with complaints and questions.
  • Must possess strong oral and written communication skills.

Added Advantage:

  • Experience in Graphics and photo editing.
  • Knowledge with Google AdWords / Facebook Advertising.
  • Ability to learn fast.
  • Must possess strong oral and written communication skills.

Starting Salary
N40,000 - N50,000 / month.
