Job Description

The Showroom Manager must monitor the items in the showroom and ensure that the showroom is continuously re-stocked and stocked with new arrivals.
Supervise the showroom attendants in the arrangement of goods in the showroom. She must make sure that the goods are complete and sign the Transfer Form
Making sure that the target for showroom is met on a monthly basis. She is to send in a performance report of the showroom on a quarterly basis.
Seek out new customers and bring in business.
Supervise all the sales and marketing activities in the showroom and also assist clients in the process of product selection wherever necessary.
She must ensure that she delivers exceptional customer service at all times to customers and also make sure that the showroom staff give excellent customer service at all times.
The Showroom Manager will monitor fast selling items and slow selling items, so as to make recommendations to management about items to order.
The Showroom Manager will take note of difficult customer complaints and resolving issues efficiently. The Showroom Manager must also take note of the product requests of customers and inform management.
Monitoring the activities of the neighbouring competition and sharing knowledge with Management on effective practices, competition intelligence, business opportunities and needs.
Identifying areas of business improvement and proposing corrective actions to meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities.

Requirements

A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Marketing or related field.
Must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in similar role.
Must have strong organizational and supervisory skills.
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Must be an excellent people manager with strong relational skills.
