We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Senior Project Administrator
Job Type: Contracts
Coordinate proper document control and management and ensures necessary project documentations are produced and handed over to Operation and Asset teams.
Establish document coding structure for all documents.
Manage and develop the document control system and communication flow and ensure document control processes and procedures are sufficient to enable proper and recordable transfer of documents between the Project Management Team, Asset Team and Contractors.
A minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Arts or Social Science or Engineering in a reputable University
A minimum of twelve (12) years post-graduation experience, out of which five (5) must have been spent on a similar position in the oil and gas sector.
