Amaiden Energy Nigeria Limited, (formerly Moody International Nigeria Limited) was established in 1996 as a partnership between Moody International Group and Nigerian investors. Since commencing operations in March 1997 the company continues to grow and exerts its presence in numerous Projects in the Nigeria Oil and Gas Industry.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Senior Project Administrator

Location: Nigeria
Job Type: Contracts

Description

  • Coordinate proper document control and management and ensures necessary project documentations are produced and handed over to Operation and Asset teams.
  • Establish document coding structure for all documents.
  • Manage and develop the document control system and communication flow and ensure document control processes and procedures are sufficient to enable proper and recordable transfer of documents between the Project Management Team, Asset Team and Contractors.

Job Requirements

  • A minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Arts or Social Science or Engineering in a reputable University
  • A minimum of twelve (12) years post-graduation experience, out of which five (5) must have been spent on a similar position in the oil and gas sector.
