Job Title: Secretary / Showroom Office Administrative Officer (Female)

Location: Jabi, Abuja (FCT)

Qualifications

  • Interested candidates should possess an N.C.E / OND / B.Sc Degree with 2 - 10 years relevant work experience.
  • Candidate must be able to read and write, good in the usage of computer and must be business smart irrespective of the educational cadre.
  • Previous knowledge in furniture or similar business and role is an added advantage
  • The ideal candidate must be resident in Abuja and familiar with the Abuja business terrain.
  • The ideal candidate must have excellent customer services skills and high emotional intelligence.
  • Ability to seal business deal for the organization’s growth
  • Must possess excellent interpersonal and negotiation skill
  • Candidate must be smart, confident, presentable, a good communicator and able to seamlessly handle the administrative role of the office.
  • Candidate must ensure to maintain an excellent ambience for the office.
  • A good knowledge of computer appreciation and basic arithmetic is required.
  • Proven track records of successful achievements in similar job role will be an added advantage.
  • The ideal candidate shall have a dual reporting line to the Sales Manager/Representative.
  • Responsible for keeping records of sales and maintaining other bank records as may be required from time to time.
  • Knowledge of social media awareness marketing shall also be an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of computer usage is mandatory.
