We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Secretary and Front Desk Officer

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Plan appointments, board meetings, conferences etc.
  • Attend meetings and keep minutes
  • Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate
  • Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
  • Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
  • Monitor office supplies and negotiate terms with suppliers to ensure the most cost-effective orders
  • Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc / BA in Secretarial Studies or any Business related field.
  • 2+ years of experience as executive secretary or similar administrative role
  • Proficient in MS Office suite
  • Must be: Galileo certified.

Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 / Month.
