Complete Hotel Services Nigeria Limited - Our client is a modern classy restaurant, situated in the heart of Ikeja, Lagos State. A truly unique dining experience, offering some of the widest range of African & Continental dishes. At the restaurant, we offer a perfect setting for dining, business meetings, networking and private functions for a 25-people gathering. The restaurant is divided into three (3) sections, The African Restaurant, Continental Restaurants, and a VIP section.

They are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Restaurant Marketing Officer

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Purpose

  • The Marketing Officer will be responsible for planning and overseeing the organization’s marketing activities and campaigns, as well as ensuring that all marketing operations are successful in meeting the goals set by management.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • See all ventures through to completion and evaluate their success using various metrics
  • Prepare content for the publication of marketing material and oversee distribution
  • Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses
  • Contribute in the implementation of marketing strategies
  • Liaise with stakeholders and vendors to promote success of activities and enhance the company’s presence
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities for promotion and growth
  • Organize and attend marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness
  • Plan advertising and promotional campaigns for products or services on a variety of media (social, print etc.).

Skills and Requirements

  • B.Sc / BA / HND in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field
  • A maximum of 3 years experience as marketing officer or similar role
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Creativity and commercial awareness
  • A team player with a customer-oriented approach
  • Good understanding of market research techniques, statistical and data analysis methods
  • Solid knowledge of marketing techniques and principles
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and marketing software (e.g. CRM)
  • Thorough understanding of social media and web analytics
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
