We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Restaurant Manager

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations
  • Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
  • Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
  • Regularly review product quality and research new vendors
  • Organize and supervise shifts Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
  • Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils and cleaning products
  • Provide a consistently high quality product and service to customers
  • Manage restaurant's good image and suggest ways to improve it Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste

Requirements

  • HND / B.Sc in any discipline
  • Minimum 4-7years of experience in the hospitality industry inclusive of restaurant culinary operations.
  • Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
  • Strong Inventory management skills
  • Demonstrates strong problem solving skills through ability to diagnose and implement solutions.
  • Must possess strong communication and listening skills
  • Candidates must be available to resume immediately
