About The Job
We’re looking for a Full-Stack WordPress Developer who is also Savvy with CMS applications (preferably WordPress).
You’ll be responsible for creating and optimizing new and existing pages for The SEO Hive and its clientele with WordPress.
Communication is a big part of the job; you’ll need to lead and collaborate internally as well as across departments and get things done.
What We’ll Like to See
You’re knowledgeable and articulate on UX.
You use a modern build workflow and tools for your projects.
Strong technical troubleshooting skills and comfort to tackle problems as they arise.
2+ years of professional web development experience with WordPress custom theme/plugin development.
PHP or similar object-oriented programming language.
Experience with E-commerce (WooCommerce)
You’re comfortable with using project management tools like Asana, Toggl, Trello, Slack, and are willing to learn other tools working At The SEO Hive Digital Solutions.
Technical SEO (additional bonus).
Develop new affiliate websites, and support existing websites with WordPress.
Develop and extend WordPress backends for custom website builds.
Collaborate with the design and UX teams to create dynamic, responsive websites.
Interface with third-party APIs such as Google Maps and Salesforce.
Work with account managers to develop estimates and ensure that deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
Add value during the pitch response process, helping to define innovative approaches that The SEO Hive Digital Marketing Solutions is known for.
Manage technical communications with account managers, ability to self-direct.
Help maintain and improve internal projects such as build and deployment tools.
Develop efficient process workflows, and ensure they are rolled out and standardized
2+ years of experience with WordPress
2+ years of experience with SEO and conversion optimization.
Proficient using responsive development techniques
Strong communication and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
