Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Description

The Administrator is mainly responsible for the consistent achievement of our mission, vision, values. We are seeking a natural-born leader; a change agent who values excellence in early education and wants to make a difference in the lives of children, families, and staff team members.
We are seeking qualified candidates who are passionate about children, innovative and forward-thinking problem- solvers who will be dedicated to the success of our next generation and our company.

Responsibilities

As the Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the overall operations of our early learning centre to ensure the health, safety and well-being of our children, families and staff.
You must live our core values Education, Excellence, Family, Fun, and Respect, and hold accountable everyone associated with our school.
You will also ensure that the centre is compliant with all Federal and State laws, licensing regulations, and company values and standards.

Job Requirements

Must share our core values – Excellence, Education, Family, Fun, and Respect
Must be passionate about providing high quality early learning experiences
Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development or a related field or Bachelor’s Degree in any field
Must possess strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
Must possess strong leadership skills including strong organization, planning, and prioritizing, and strong conflict management skills
Develop a sense of ownership and willingness to do whatever it takes, big or small, whenever needed, for the well-being of the centre
Possess strong character and values, including teamwork and the ability to take ownership of tasks and problems
Experience in a childcare centre is an advantage
Willingness to work extended hours.
