Job Position: Senior Secretary

Job Location: Lagos Island

Job Responsibilities

  • Schedules meetings, records attendance at meetings, and assists with the preparation and transcription of minutes.
  • Assists with maintaining calendar and schedules meetings for the Department Chair, including coordination of meetings and events
  • Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

 

 

  • Minimum of B.Sc. in any Administrative course.
  • Must have at least 5 years of Administrative experience as a Senior Secretary.
  • Must have good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
  • Excellent written and communication skills.
  • Must have good accounting and organizational skills.
  • Proficient computer experience (Office Suite)
