We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Recruitment Consultant

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • Identifying and developing client/business relationships.
  • Assessing and responding to the needs of each particular client or assignment
  • Networking to build business information that can be converted into commercial opportunities
  • Negotiating contracts with clients on behalf of the organization.
  • Facilitate and finalize agreements between the organization and clients.
  • Understanding client requirements and providing advisory where needed.

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, HR or other fields
  • Minimum of 1 year as a Recruitment Consultant or related position.
  • Collaborative spirit
  • Confident with a positive attitude
  • Great interpersonal relationship skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Strong and proven track record in sales.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Tenacious and able to influence people at all levels
  • Proven experience as recruitment consultant or similar position.
