Job Description
Operation Manager:

  • Operations managers are responsible for managing activities that are part of the production of goods and services.
  • Their direct responsibilities include managing both the operations process, embracing design, planning, control, performance improvement, and operations strategy.

Business Executives:

  • Business executives are in charge of their organization. They create and review goals for the company.
  • Their role is to direct one area, such as marketing, finance, or legal services.
  • Business executives are responsible for developing relationships with people outside the organization.

Investment Executive:

  • Investment Executives help clients find the best investments based on their needs and preferences.
  • As such, Investment Executives are responsible for identifying client needs, conducting research on appropriate investments, and guiding clients in investing their money or assets in the right places.
  • They also Plan and perform group and individual training sessions with investment banking employees.
  • Develop and handle client meetings to review current accounts and close sales with licensed bankers.
  • Work on client's investment needs and problems and delegate tasks daily.

Sales Manager:

  • Sales managers are responsible for leading sales teams to reach sales targets.
  • Sales managers are primarily tasked with hiring and training team members, setting quotas, evaluating and adjusting performance, and developing processes that drive sales. Sales managers are oftentimes expected to travel.

General Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree, HND / OND qualification with 2 - 5 years work experience.

Salary
N100,000 - N600,000 annually.
