We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Receptionist

Location: Eti-Osa, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • The potential candidate will serve as the face of the company, excellent communicator and strong administrator
  • Greet business’ visitors warmly, welcomes them, providing answers to basic questions regarding the business, as well as provide a brief explanation of the services the firm offers.
  • Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbooks; issuing visitor badges.
  • Maintains a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Must comfortably interact with individuals of all professional levels.
  • In addition, the receptionist will be responsible for answering all incoming calls, overseeing the distribution of incoming and outgoing mails as well as perform a variety of clerical tasks, drafts correspondence, ordering office supplies, files documents, makes photocopies and may also perform light bookkeeping tasks

Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess Bachelor's Degree
  • 2 years work experience.

Salary

  • N50,000 - N70,000 monthly.
