Lorache Consulting Limited - Our client, a Real Estate Company, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Real Estate Sales / Investment Advisor

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

  • Always advise the organization on better ways to archives sales and promotion of properties.
  • Actively attract new visitors through marketing activities.
  • Set up show homes and handle the sales of new properties.
  • Connect with NHIs in Nigeria who will purchase our properties.
  • Complying with on-site health and safety requirements.
  • Liaising with financial advisors, solicitors and estate agents
  • Progressing and securing sales, presenting and demonstrating the features and benefits of available homes.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND qualification
  • 5 years previous experience in the same or related role.
  • Great selling Skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to work well with others.
  • Able to connect with HNIs in Nigeria.
