They offer a wide range of property services including, Valuation of Property, Plant & Machinery, Project Management, Property Design and Development, Cost Control and Advice, Investment Feasibility and Viability Appraisal, Estate Agency and Management, leasing, buying and selling residential and commercial properties in Lagos, Abuja, Portharcourt and other parts of the country.

They are seeking an experienced Real Estate professional to join their team for the available position below:

Job Title: Real Estate Marketer

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • We are looking for a strong willing marketer who will be able to effectively communicate and engage potential clients, build strong relationships and eventually close sales.
  • It will be important for the marketer to utilize his/her network of contacts and develop a portfolio of new clientele, develop business relationships and follow-up on clients to reach its sales target.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of HND / B.Sc specializing in a property related discipline or equivalent experience preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the property industry (mandatory)
  • Possess an established personal and professional network of contacts especially in the banking sector.
  • Possess a thorough understanding of all the laws, government and legal regulations.
  • Must able to work independently and remotely.
