Job Title: Real Estate Manager

Location: Mainland / Lekki /Aja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

  • A strong Administrative/Managerial, corporate sales skills is a must
  • Must have prior experience of corporate Sales or Real Estate Sales
  • Ensure achievement of maximum revenue targets.
  • Ability to bring in potential clients and close deals.
  • Develop relationships with constructors/ project managers and end-customers and all prospective clients
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Dynamic, aggressive, result oriented and self starter.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Passionate about networking and meeting new people
  • Strong sales and marketing skills with positive attitude and team playing ability
  • Must be presentable, confident and hold strong integrity.

Requirements

  • Must have over 5-7 years experience for the Real Estate Manager role
  • Proven experience in sales experience with the ability to constantly meet set targets will be considered a plus;
  • Good computer skills (MS Office)
  • Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to close deals and identify potential clients.
  • Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving.
  • A team playerwith high level of dedication and passion for the job.
  • OND, HND, BSc/BA in Marketing, business administration or relevant field; certification in sales or marketing will bean asset.

Salary

  • N80,000 - N100,000 (Monthly).

Other Benefits:

  • 10% Commission on every sales + Commission on performance of the Sales team.
  • A car or trip to selected countries,
  • Cash benefits upon meeting target.
