Job Title: Real Estate Business Executive

Location: Lagos

Details

  • The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities in our Real Estate Company.

Requirements

  • Applicant must have a strong and prior experience in Real Estate.
  • Applicant should have a fair understanding of Hospitality and be open-minded.
  • Applicant must have a good understanding of Sales and Marketing
  • Applicant must be digitally savvy and understand the use of technology for business.
  • Applicant must be very fast thinking and creative.
  • Applicant must have a good command of English and great communication skills.
  • Applicant must be committed, highly motivated and target driven.
  • Applicant must be able to exhibit good leadership quality.
  • Applicant must be a great communicator.

Expectations:

  • Applicant must be able to develop great strategies to meet sales targets.
  • Applicant must meet monthly sales target
  • Applicant must be able to develop a plan to expanding the growth of the company
  • Applicant must be able to organize and attend meetings on behalf of the company.
  • Applicant must be a good team member and must be able to get along with other individuals both in the company and outside the company.
