Qualifications

  • Degree in relevant field.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 8 years core experience in Real Estate Business Development.

Competencies:

  • Ability to prospect, execute and realize real estate investment opportunities
  • Ability to initiate strategic planning / business development process, including evaluation of new business opportunities, development and implementation
  • Ability to consummate and execute Joint Venture deals with good ROI
  • Ability to identify, prospect and win facilities management contracts for the company
  • Ability to achieve targets according to agreed timelines.
