AOJ Electrical is a wholly owned Nigerian company duly registered with the Cooperate Affairs Commission (C.A.C) as a limited liability. We offer a modern array of Electrical installation which include include: Residential, Commercial and Industrial electrical services.

We have been in the business of Electrical Engineering as a contractor, providing services to the leading Real Estate industries for several years, helping some of the leading organizations in their electrical installations. We innovatively deliver electrical engineering services in their projects with speed, quality and cost efficiently at an affordable price.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Quantity Surveyor

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Preparation of BOQs and other documentation
  • Adjusting budget projections
  • Preparation of Project milestones
  • Perform cost management
  • Estimate quantity and costs of materials
  • Keep track with periodic market survey
  • Contract administration.

Personal Qualification & Experience

  • B.Sc. Degree in Quantity Survey.
  • Possess at least 1 year experience in Quantity Survey
  • Member of NIQS as added advantage
  • Proficiency in spreadsheets and QS software.
  • Effective documentation Skills needed.
  • In-depth understanding of construction, materials & pricing.

Knowledge and Skills Required:

  • Knowledge of MS Excel & specialist software ability
  • Attention to detail
  • Interpersonal Skills
  • Communication skills
  • Ability to negotiate
  • Attention to detail and a methodical approach to work
  • The capacity to create detailed reports
  • Personal leadership and strong organisational skills.
  • Time managements Skills.
