We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Property Manager / Host

Location: Osapa London, Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Profile

  • In search of a diligent and honest manager/host to manage and ensure the smooth functioning of the letting property

Job Description

  • Managing the marketing of the property to grow both online and offline reservations
  • Managing and ensuring the advertising platform(s), such as Airbnb, have exceptional pictures and descriptions
  • Maintaining an organized calendar of reservations to avoid double-booking
  • Welcoming guests, exchanging keys at the beginning and at the end of each stay
  • Politely informing guest of the property rules, how household equipment are operated, where necessary items can be found, etc
  • Must be available to handle any emergencies when the property is occupied by guest(s)
  • Ensuring the cleanliness of the property (both within and outside) at all times
  • Supervising individuals performing cleaning, electrical repair, and/or general maintenance of the property
  • Managing the supplies’ inventory and oversee the re-stocking of supplies
  • A thorough inspection of the property before check-in and after check-out of guest
  • Reporting any issues regarding the property

Requirements

  • Minimum of OND required
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English Language
  • Experience working in a hotel or serviced apartment
  • Basic computer literacy skills
  • Knowledgeable about locations and attraction centers around the property and Lagos in general
  • Should reside on the Island.

Remuneration

  • Monthly salary + commission.
