Due to the large size of our compound and the extensive list of facilities we offer, we require a dedicated individual, who is highly capable and ready to take initiative and lead in managing the facilities, to fill the position below:
Job Title: Property Manager

The duties of property manager are as follows:
Assist with the ongoing renovation and restructuring of the estate and manage repairs and maintenance
Paying property expenses, including taxes, mortgages, payroll, insurance premiums and maintenance costs
Manage all advertising to ensure no vacancies in the property
Collecting rent and other property fees from tenants and individual owners
Liaising with all existing tenants to ensure satisfaction and build solid client relationships and manage new tenants
Conduct routine inspections of the property, income and staff
Ensure that all property staff at site adhere to corporate policies and procedures and respond to all resident requests or complaints in a timely, efficient and courteous manner.
Recruit, hire, train and manage the performance of the associates, and take appropriate actions to ensure the quality of the workforce is efficient enough to achieve the goals set for the property
General administrative duties.
Candidates must have a B.Sc. / HND and provide proof
Candidates who studied Estate Management or Building Technology are preferable.
Must have at least 5 years of experience in property. Managerial experience is compulsory.
