Job Title: Personal Assistant to the MD 

Location: Island, Lagos

Responsibilities

  • Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the MD.
  • Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation.
  • Reminding the MD of important tasks and deadlines.
  • Typing, compiling and
  • preparing reports, presentations and correspondence.
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree / HND / OND / NCE qualification
  • Smart with good communication skill in both written and speaking
  • 2 to 5 years experience
  • Must reside in the Island
  • Not above the age of 30 years
  • Gender: Female.

Salary
N80,000 - N120,000 monthly.
