We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Personal Assistant to the Managing Director

Location: Lagos

Description

  • The position require professionals possessing negotiation and collaboration skills needed to deliver exceptional service to our partners and inspire a team of people across companies in the group.

Summary

  • The PA will be the first point of contact with both internal and external people.
  • Discretion and confidentiality are essential attributes to be successful at this role.
  • The role is to provide high quality executive personal assistance and administrative support to the Managing Director

Responsibilities

  • Assists the MD with daily administrative duties and completes a broad variety of administrative tasks that include managing an active calendar of appointments
  • Completing expense reports
  • Composing and preparing correspondence
  • Arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries and agendas and compiling documents for meetings
  • Prepare travel arrangements and work closely and effectively with the Managing Director to keep him well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, and follows up appropriately.

Requirements

  • A good university degree with minimum of 6 years relevant experience at senior level in a well-structured organization
  • Excellent written, verbal and non-verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with applications such as MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint; proven ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Bright, confident personality
  • Flexible and mature approach with ability to work unsupervised
