We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Personal Assistant to Chief Executive Officer

Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Job Descriptions

  • General management of the executive office transactions
  • Answer and direct phone calls in the executive office or take messages
  • Organize a filing and retrieval system for important and confidential company documents while maintaining and updating company databases
  • Make travel arrangements companywide

Job Responsibilities
Perform general administrative office duties such as:

  • Vendor selection and negotiation
  • Manage office supplies stock and ordering supplies, maintaining records management database systems, and preparing regular basic bookkeeping reports on expenses and office budgets while securing the appropriate approvals from the executive office
  • Organizing the artineries of the executive office by maintaining a company calendar, schedule appointments / meetings and Attend meetings with Managing Director to record minutes
  • Read, analyze, distribute, and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages)
  • Schedule in-house and external events
  • Conduct research, compile data, prepare papers for consideration and presentation by executives, committees, and boards of directors
  • Prepare reports, memos, letters, and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software for executive office
