We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Personal Assistant / Sales Executive

Location: Oniru, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Monitoring the manager’s email and responding
  • Answering phone calls and liaising with clients competently
  • Organizing travel and itineraries
  • Organizing and planning meetings
  • Taking notes and writing minutes during meetings
  • Conducting or preparing any research that the reporting manager may require.
  • Various ad hoc requests
  • Promote the company's products and services
  • Research and carry-out new strategies to increase sales and profits
  • Ensure customers' satisfaction through regular follow up and customer feedback
  • Maintaining new and existing relationships with customers

Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum of HND with at least 1 year work experience

  • Strong organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi task and meet deadlines or targets

Salary
N60,000 monthly.
