Job Title: Personal Assistant

Location: Marina, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary
Must be numerate with high level digital and desktop publishing skills

Job Responsibilities
Our client, a microfinance bank is urgently in need of a Personal Assistant. He/She will be responsible for the following:

  • Monitoring a reporting manager's email and responding if required
  • Preparing communications on behalf of a manager Answering phone calls
  • Organising travel and itineraries
  • Organising and planning meetings
  • Taking notes and writing minutes during meetings
  • Conducting or preparing any research as assigned

Requirements

  • She/He must have a BSc in any field,
  • Minimum of 1 year experience,
  • Must possess a good communication skills,
  • Must be smart, personable and intelligent.

Salary

  • N50,000 - N80,000 monthly.
