Job Title: Personal Assistant

Locations: Abule egba, Agege, Ikeja, Lagos only
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Business Development teams
  • Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
  • Promote company's product
  • Resolving product or service queries in a timely manner by identifying customer needs, clarifying
  • The officer is responsible for managing the company's social media platform
  • Must be creative and innovative
  • Work with designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
  • The officer must have a Уthick skin" to be able to handle complaints and unpleasant customers.
  • The officer will maintain a well compartmentalize database of customer contact information.
  • The officer will send seasonal greetings to customers via text messages and emails
  • Ability to teach any science, art subject.

Requirements

  • HND / B.Sc in relevant field
  • 0-1 year work experience.
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure
  • Must have good social media skills
  • Should have basic Graphic knowledge
  • Excellent computer skills.
