We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Pastry Chef - Cake Specialist

Location: Jibowu Yaba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are currently recruiting for the position of a Pastry Chef who is specialized and very experienced with Cakes.

Job Summary

  • Responsible for baking cakes and other deserts
  • Must be able to do cake decorations
  • Responsible for Pastry items for the cafe
  • Develop menus, food purchase specifications, and recipes
  • Maintain the highest professional food quality and sanitation standards.

Job Requirements / Qualifications

  • Minimum of SSCE / OND / HND qualification
  • Qualification in Culinary Arts from an accredited culinary school is preferred
  • 5 - 10 years experience as a Pastry Chef with specialty in cake baking and decoration
  • Must be able to bake various types of cakes and decorations
  • Must be able to read and write in English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational and process management skills.
