UnoCasa Limited - Our client, a rapidly expanding Facility Management Company located in Lagos State, seeks the services of a professional candidate for the position below:

Job Title: PA / Executive Assistant

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • The ideal candidate would be responsible for the efficient and effective running of the Managing Director’s Office.
  • Offering support to the Managing Director by providing a high level administrative and secretarial service.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain the diary and organise appointments and meetings for the Managing Director and ensure that he has all necessary papers required for meetings
  • General office administration, telephone work and filing
  • Update and chase delegated tasks to ensure progress to deadlines
  • Recommend management action to improve standard operating procedures.
  • Make travel arrangements and expenses.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any Social Science discipline
  • Certification in secretarial work, office administration, or related training.
  • 1-2 years of experience as a personal assistant would be advantageous.
  • Extensive experience in creating documents and spreadsheets, using office software such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to manage internal and external correspondence.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills.
