Job Title: Operations Manager

Location: Nigeria

Job Description

  • This position is well suited to individuals who not only have a genuine passion for technology, but also have a creative streak and are heavily solution driven.
  • Must be good team players, open and flexible with an inquisitive mind.

Requirements

  • In this role you must be highly target driven and have a minimum of 5 years relevant experience as well as a suitable qualification.
  • Must be a ‘roll up the sleeves and muck in” kind of person with in-depth energy.
  • You will also be a strong communicator and able to adapt to any situation injecting the right balance of soft and technical skills.
  • Strong business acumen and creativity is also essential.
  • Must have strong communication skills and the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
  • They must also possess strong motivational skills in order to effectively motivate teams.
  • Strong negotiation skills, organisational skills coupled with a Sound awareness of both internal and external customer needs as well as awareness of the telecoms industry.
