Job Description

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years as an analyst in a professional setting
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Must be able to work with minimal supervision
  • Good interpersonal skills to work with different management levels
  • Strong business acumen

Key Requirements:

  • Create plan & execution of designated activities
  • Build alliance & partnerships with other organizations for the company.
  • Analyze & improve organizational processes.
  • Work to improve quality, productivity & efficiency
  • Take part in budgeting, reporting, planning
  • Manage timely data collection to update operations metrics to achieve productivity targets, reduce cost per unit, eliminate errors, and deliver excellent customer service
  • Work closely with legal departments to make sure activities remain compliant
  • Document findings, preparing reports & make recommendations
  • Develop new processes & procedures to enhance operations
  • Ensure massive awareness of the organisation
  • Plan and execute the companies programs of interest
