Job Title: Operation Executive

Location: Lagos Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Work closely with the operations supervisor to oversee daily business operations
  • Responsible for enforcing company policies and procedures within the office
  • Proactively recommend improvements to increase sales performance
  • Liaise with different departments to improve performance and work efficiency
  • Assist in Monitoring orders and supplier relations
  • Compile sales reports and distribute them to relevant departments
  • Attending to any correspondence and emails by customers, clients and contractors
  • Keep updated on industry trends and consumer market
  • Provide support to the operations manager in the day to day running of the organization
  • Identify what is required for riders to carry out their duties
  • Schedule projects and ensure assignments are carried out as planned
  • Work hand-in-hand with the supervisor and managements concerning work/operational issues and other activities
  • Draw up reports regarding operations in the company and pass them to top management whenever it is requested for
  • Serve as a guide to fresh employees so as to make sure that they adhere to company rules and that the result of their various tasks meet company standard

Required Qualification

  • Minimum of OND in any related field
  • Exellent communication as well as positive and confident marketing skills
  • Excellent Team management ability
  • Must have knowledge of truck maintenance
  • Minimum of 3 - 6 years Logistics experience is requiredin any of these sectors Dangote, Oil and gas, Lafarge cement, Shipping and logistics and others,
  • Must have worked as a Logistics Operation officer will be an added advantage
  • MUST be able to actively work independently with minimal supervision
  • MUST be able to write daily, weekly and monthly report in a clear and concise manner.
