Job Title: Medical Record Officer

Location: Nationwide, Nigeria
Employment Type: Full-time

Description

  • Recording patient admissions, transfers and discharges.
  • Collating statistics using clinical coding to record illnesses and treatments on patient records.
  • Transferring paper-based patient records to an electronic system.
  • Booking appointments for patients.
  • Dealing with queries from GPs and other healthcare professionals.

Job Requirements
We are looking for a candidate who fulfill these requirements:

  • B.Sc / HND in Health record management or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in the hospital in that capacity.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS office suites and medical record software's.
