Soresa Services Limited - Our Client is an Indigenous Nigeria Mobile Technology Company and they have been in business since 2014. They produce customised, quality and affordable devices for their Customers.

They are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Marketing Manager

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • The successful candidate must have Excellent Leadership qualities, a Charismatic personality, unique ability to think outside the box, a professional with clear analytical mind and strong drive to achieve results via Passion for Excellence and innovation.
  • The ideal candidate would be self-motivated and results-driven, able to manage and direct our organisation's Marketing activities as well as develop and implement effective business strategies and programs.

Job Description

  • Work collaboratively with Leadership to promote and execute the strategic plan for Marketing and Advertising to build up brand awareness and preference
  • Provide direction and leadership in overall marketing strategy in Nigeria and Africa
  • Plan, arrange and implement overall marketing plan based on yearly target
  • Manage marketing vendor, agency and partner relationships and related contracts
  • Monitor, analyze and research the industry for strategic decision making and planning
  • Develop and implement Market Entry/Penetration Strategy for areas/regions yet untapped
  • Drive product penetration via aggressive development of distribution network and capabilities across country
  • Lead and Coach sales team for optimal productivity
  • Develop incentive scheme to enhance sell through and sell out and ensure maximum participation of customers
  • Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from conceptualization to execution
  • Provide strategic direction for valuable and engaging content for our website and social media handles that attracts and converts our target groups
  • Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely
  • Oversee and approve marketing material for sales activation and promotions
  • Measure and provide report on the overall company sales & marketing performance.

General Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in a Management course or equivalent
  • Excellent knowledge of computer applications especially the Microsoft suite.

Experience:

  • Seven (7) years mobile phones sales experience in territory and distributor management with a proven track record of success in a senior sales role
  • Ability to analyse large volumes of complex information, interpret this and use it to construct straightforward plans
  • Working experience with advertising agency will be an added advantage
