We are a new start-up company in the logistics market (Lagos, Nigeria), offering online reliable and secure parcel shipping services.

We are looking to recruit suitable candidates to fill the position below:

Job Title: Marketing Manager

Location: Lagos

Job Description
The Marketing manager possess an in-depth knowledge about marketing campaigns, company's product, brand strategy, social media accounts, and must be tech savvy.

Main Task

  • Develop the strategy and tactics to drive the business products and services
  • Design and execute marketing media strategies to achieve business goals
  • Prepare, manage, and monitor marketing budget quarterly
  • Build key strategic relationships and partners for accelerated growth
  • Oversee marketing and approve materials from banners, fliers, social media post etc.
  • Define KPIs and measure the success of every marketing media campaign and initiatives
  • Work with internal teams to create buzz and drive communication on new products
  • Perform qualitative and quantitative research on related markets
  • Drive content optimization by monitoring SEO and user engagement
  • Generate weekly and monthly web traffic reports and ROI
  • Stay up to date with the industry news, digital products, and social technology
  • Drive best social media practices implementing social media strategy

Qualifications

  • BA/BSc degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 6+ years of hands-on experience in marketing; including social media
  • Design and execute marketing media strategies to achieve business goals
  • Experience in creating brand awareness
  • Prepare, manage, and monitor marketing budget quarterly
  • Familiarity with designs, UI and UX
  • Build key strategic relationships and partners for accelerated growth
  • Excellent writing, verbal, and research skills
  • Experience in conducting audience and buyer
  • Ease of use of Microsoft Office and a variety of tech platforms
  • Candidates must have a background in the Tech. Service industry.

Reporting And Relationships:

  • The Marketing manager will report directly to the MD.
