Job Title: Marketing Head

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Introduction

  • An international Group is looking to recruit an experienced Head of Marketing to drive the brands in Nigeria.

Responsibilities

  • The marketing Head owns and drives the brand AML
  • Market segmentation (on multiple criteria) and develops marketing and brand strategies to address the segments.
  • Drives Customer activation, experience, engagement, and brand architecture.
  • To drive the Marketing strategies and achieve growth in line with the ambitious vision.
  • To build and grow brand AML in the diagnostic space of Nigeria.
  • To position AML and build engagement with targeted customers. Also, drive activations.
  • To evaluate and identify high potential locations for future growth.
  • To create new product offerings and ensure the profitability of products/ offerings.
  • To drive uniform customer experience across centers.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • MBA from leading B Schools preferred.
  • 15 years of solid marketing/ brand experience in building strategies, driving growth, market share, profitability, and customer engagement.
  • FMCG experience preferred.
  • Strategic Thinking.
  • Analytical ability.
  • Communication skills.
  • Execution skills.
  • Data skills.
  • People Management, feedback, development experience
