Job Title: Marketing Executive (Branding and Client Communications)

Job Summary

We are an ambitious early-stage Fast Food Startup, looking for a self-driven, enthusiastic, and innovative Marketing Executive (Branding and Client Communications) in our office at the heart of Ikeja, Lagos. Join us to work with our small talented team and help us expand to new markets. We offer an intimate environment for our additional team member.

The Role
This role will start as a 4-month term contract and will be extended or translated to a permanent position based on your performance. As a Marketing Executive, your responsibilities are (but not limited to):

Lead the planning and execution of digital and offline marketing strategies to promote the company services to our customers.
Responsible for meeting or exceeding marketing revenue targets and developing plans to make up for any shortfalls in revenue.
Plan, organize and implement all campaigns, events, social media pages and relevant creative content to drive traffic and increase conversions on our platforms.
Investigate, recommend and implement new enhancements that can increase revenue, brand awareness and improve overall customer experience by analyzing the results of ongoing efforts.
Benchmark, measure and analyze results of online and offline marketing initiatives.
Help to create and support marketing content to socialize and use for social media purposes (e.g. customer videos briefs).

Qualifications

OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or any related field with at least 6-months to 1-year experience in a similar role
Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
Proven experience with marketing analytics tools
Proficiency in Graphics Designing, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Experience in generating and executing on marketing ideas
Understanding of our target audience and how to reach them
Understanding of Lagos marketing terrain (Press, Communities, Events & Conferences, Social Media, etc.)

Salary
Base pay of 35,000 monthly (based on qualifications and experience) plus commissions if revenue targets are met.
