Nuts About Cakes is a full-service bakery where you can get Affordable luxury cakes, pastries, and bread in Lagos state with over eight stores across the mainland and Island.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Marketing Executive

Location: Lagos Lagos,

Job Description
The scope of duties shall include and not be limited to the following:

  • Managing all marketing activities for the company.
  • Developing the marketing strategy in line with the company’s objectives.
  • Co-coordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities and measuring results.
  • Overseeing the company’s marketing budget.
  • Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans.
  • Monitor and report the effectiveness of marketing communications.
  • Develop, organize and oversee marketing and advertising campaign.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform company and marketing strategy
  • Analyze data to monitor revenue performance and uncover areas of improvement
  • Manage all social media platforms and drive content creation
  • Measure and optimize website performance to increase conversion rates.
  • Writing and proofreading of marketing content.
  • Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions arekept informed of marketing objectives.
  • Analyzing potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing.
  • Work closely with finance and sales department to help serve customer and company needs inthe most profitable way.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3+ years working experience with a marketing agency, a retail company, FMCG, or other related industries
  • Solid project management skills: ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional partners, prioritize high impact activities, and keep complex projects moving forward
  • Strong growth track record with samples and results of past campaigns.
  • Outstanding written, oral, and organizational ability.
  • Proficient with Analytics and Social Media Management Systems.
  • Ability to be innovative in order to find ways to increase revenue and meet company goals.
