JADEK Farm is an an agri-business and a Commodity trading company that work with investor to help them to acquire the best farmlands at affordable prices by starting their farming and plantations to build a diverse portfolio of agricultural assests.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Marketing Executive

Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Job Descriptions

  • We are looking for an experienced Marketing Executive to join us at Jadek Farms.
  • Primary function is to stimulate and recognize market opportunities in order to make sales and convert leads. An ideal candidate should be able to maintain good relationships with clients; and making repeat sales to our existing customers.
  • Candidate will be expected to understand and undertake business to business (B2B) and business to customer (B2C) sales.

Responsibilities

  • Research and develop marketing strategy, and evaluate success strategy
  • Develop content of marketing campaigns
  • Being able to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Stay up-to-date on current marketing trends
  • Research and develop marketing strategy, and evaluate success strategy;
  • Locate business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry;
  • Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects;
  • Challenging any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy;
  • Prospecting and visitation to prospects' locations;
  • Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance;
  • Researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements;
  • Creating detailed proposal documents to clients and prospects;
  • Stay up-to-date on current marketing trends;
  • Direct sales
  • Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business;

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
  • 2 - 3 years of relevant experience in Real estate marketing
  • Strong analytical, communication, time-management and creativity skills
  • Strong ability to focus on customer / market and take initiative
  • Experience with social media.
