Kaduna State Media Corporation (KSMC) is a state-owned media outfit which comprises radio and television stations that operate throughout the state for information dissemination, public education and entertainment.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Marketing / Commercial Officer

Location: Kaduna

Job Description

  • The marketing officer is primarily responsible for generating revenue for the station through planning and shaping of programmes to attract patronage, meeting his/her assigned annual target, Sales of airtime and collaboration with marketing agencies.
  • He / she will be responsible for liaising with agencies, raising of credit notes, preparation of daily schedule of commercials, monitoring of aired commercials and organization of game shows and other event / programmes that will generate revenue for the Corporation.

Job Requirements
Qualifications / Eligibility:

  • Must have at least a degree from a recognized University in relevant field.
  • Should be thoroughly proficient in computer and be willing to learn and edit video / audio.
  • Experience in marketing and APCON membership / fellowship will be added advantage.
