We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Marketing / Business Development Executive

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor the property market to identify individuals with interest in property to convince them and secure an investment deal.
  • Build marketing programs to support specific marketing objectives across different channels and segments in support of our overall strategic marketing plan.
  • Develop and lead approved marketing campaigns from ideation to successful execution, driving collaboration with the relevant stakeholders and leveraging the right internal processes.
  • Define and execute the marketing and communication activities according to our marketing plan.
  • Inform clients and prospects of projects through creative marketing strategies.
  • Track performance of all marketing campaigns.
  • Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players and agencies.
  • Analyze client behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly.
  • Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company, boost its reputation and drive qualified traffic to our front door and electronic platforms.

Education and Experience

  • Academic Qualification(s): Minimum of Bachelor's degree / HND with 2 - 5 years work experience.
  • Experience in selling properties will be an added advantage
  • Female Preferably
