Job Title: Managing Director / Chief Executive Officer (MD / CEO)

Location: Abia
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • The MD / CEO will have overall management responsibility with direct line authority in microfinance.
  • The MD / CEO will be the first representative of the organization and have the overall responsibility to plan, organize and control all the day-to-day activities of the microfinance bank.
  • The successful candidate will have overall responsibility for the execution of the company's policy, strategy for expansion, and delivery of all the bank's financial services.

Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess a First Degree in Economics, Banking, Insurance, Business Administration, Accountancy, and other related fields.
  • 10 - 15 years work experience (i.e banking, microfinance, etc).
