A logistics firm in Ikeja is looking to hire a Manager, for it’s Procurement Business Division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing clients as well as executing client’s request. The role involves creating strategies to achieve both departmental and organizational goal.
Developing strong customer relationships in order to generate high volume of prospective clients
Sourcing for clients in various industries to use Renda’s procurement services.
Executing client’s request.
Reviewing, comparing, analysing options for clients based on their request.
Nurturing relationships with suppliers to negotiate the best prices for the company.
Developing and implementing strategies for procuring, storing, and delivering goods to clients.
Ensure the completeness of L.P.O's and other documentations during a purchase process.
Ensuring new vendors fill vendor questionnaires with all the required documentations attached.
Creating and maintaining relationships with various transportation vendors that carry out international shipping.
Ensuring timely, efficient and effective procurement of goods.
Maintaining files and records for all procurement processes, procurement evaluations, contracts and contacts
