We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Manager

Location: Ajah, Lagos
Reporting Lines: Chief Executive Officer

Responsibilities / Duties

  • Overseeing daily business operations.
  • Developing and implementing growth strategies.
  • Researching and identifying business opportunities.
  • Assist our organization in maintaining good relationship with old/ new and prospective clients.
  • Engaging with vendors.
  • Drive sales and improve revenue.
  • Enhance the organization's image, and meet overall growth objectives.
  • Evaluating performance and productivity of all staff both technical/marketing /admin staffs.
  • Generating comprehensive and precise reports and giving presentations.

Job Specification
Qualification (s):

  • Degree in Business Management. MBA is an added advantage.

Experience:

  • 3 years of relevant experience with previous employments
  • Good knowledge of different business functions.
  • Understanding of the manufacturing and construction industry.

Training & Skills:

  • Proactive, Analytical, Organized & Coordinated
  • Efficient & Effective in the use of MS Packages.
  • Ability to multi-task & work under pressure with calm disposition.
  • Entrepreneurial drive & vision
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership qualities as well as a team player.

Remuneration
N100,000 monthly plus 5% commission on sales
